How long are your pop in visits?

Our standard visits are around twenty minutes. We can also offer tailored visits as needed, so please just ask.
 

What time are you visits?

We visit anytime between 6:30am - 10am for morning and 3pm - 7:30pm for evening visits. But if you needed anything specific then we please just let us know.
 

What does a visit include?

Feeding, topping up water and cleaning out litter trays. We can also facilitate any special requests/medication, as well as playing with your pet and giving them all important cuddles and attention (dictated by them, of course).
 

Can you offer any additional services?

While we are looking after your pets, we can undertake smaller chores. This could include popping your bins out or watering plants. 
 

Do you look after additional pets?

We can look after most pets while you are away. Please just ask.
 

What if I am delayed in coming back?

We will agree a final visit date and time with you. But if this changes, then please let us know as soon as possible. We will continue to provide care as long as your pets need it or make arrangements on your behalf.
 

How do I make payment?

We will issue an invoice to you after we have completed our final visit. We will issue an invoice prior when a deposit is required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
 

How long do I have if I need to cancel?

We ask for 48 hours notice of any cancellation of care. For anything within 48 hours, we would ask for a 20% cancellation fee. For bookings in peak times, we ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking (we may be able to transfer this to an alternate date at our discretion).
 

How do I arrange access to my property?

We can collect a key on our initial visit if you want to book with us. We can also collect from a key safe or a neighbour at the start of the booking. Alternatively, you can arrange to drop off the key with us. We are also happy to hold a key if you are looking for repeat services.
